He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bauer and Margaret Cleary Bauer; and his brothers, Thomas Bauer and Harry Bauer. He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen M. Renwick; his children, Julie Uberti (Gerry) of St. Marys, Jennifer Meyer (Joel) of St. Marys, Jane Bauer (David) of Holiday, FL, John M. Bauer (Kathy) of St. Marys and James K. Bauer; and his grandchildren, Jacob Meyer (Stacy), Jodi Quiggle (Justin), Jonah Meyer, Ben Uberti, Will Uberti, Bailey Bauer, Brooke Bauer and Thomas Martorana.
