He was predeceased by: his father William J.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Conley (Youhouse); his daughter Amber Lewis (Nick); his grandchildren, Bailey and Cody Lewis; and his siblings, Ronald Conley (Barbara) and Eileen Gabriele (Remo). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to current pandemic guidelines, visitation is limited to 10 people at a time and face masks are required to be worn.
