He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Broker and Shirley Broker. He is survived by: his children, William A. Broker and Crystal Broker; his grandchild Emma Krautz; his siblings, Diana Yurt (Rich), Becky Dreistadt (Jim) and Nancy Lewis (Dan); and his friend Angie Maggio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions can be made to the American Lung Association.
