He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Neal and Eleanor Neal (Kovalesky). He is survived by: his wife Maria Neal; his children, Vincent Neal (Carroll) of Sydney, Australia and Michelle Mason (Glen) of Geneva, Switzerland; his grandchildren, Harrison Neal, Halle Mason, Skyler Mason and Croatian; his daughter Ada Drescher; and his sister Jacqueline Phillips-Busato of Jeannette. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great friends.
