He is survived by: his close friend Mary Cordwell; his children, Kimberlee Cordwell (Charles Wensel), Tracie Nighswander (Jerry), Wanda Thompson and Tom Cordwell (Jen); his grandchildren, Dakota "Buckwheat" Cordwell, Logan "Logy" Wensel, Cory Nighswander, Austin Thompson, Tyler Thompson and Morgan Cordwell; his great grandchildren, Dominic Cornman, Johnathan Nighswander and Isabella Nighswander; his siblings, Linda Dixon (John), Daniel Sprague (Debbie) and Emma Batchik; and his nephew John Dixon Jr..
