He was predeceased by: his father Donald Frick; his brothers, Donald and James; and his brother-in-law Rick Farmer. He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Frick (Forosisky); his mother Gloria Frick (Bassi); his children, Nicole (Donte Tisinger) of Johnstown and Adam Frick (Jessica Urbano); and his grandchild Dakarai Sr. (Cheyenne).
