She is survived by: her parents, Joshua Alan and Chauncy Czekanski (Reed); her grandmother Denise Czekanski of Ford City; her uncles, Alan Reed, Jeremy Reed (Holly), Steven Clair Czekanski (Melissa) and Jacob Czekanski (Stephanie); and her aunt Katherine Jane Czekanski. She is also survived by her parents, family and friends.
