He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George "Red" Bernhardy and Cass Waugaman. He is survived by: his parents, George Bernhardy of Adamsburg and Brenda Waugaman of Penn; his siblings, Beth Smith (David) of Greensburg, Amanda Bernhardy (Rob) and George "Chaz" Bernhardy; his grandparents, Sunny Nickles and Curtis Waugaman; his niece Aaliyah; his nephew David; and his pets, Max, Noel and Miss Kitty. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
