He is survived by: his son Samuel William Waylon Rose; his close friend Dorothy Williams; and his siblings, Nancy DeTurk of Clarion, Dorothy Mae Andrews of Greensburg, Sarah Jane Bowman (Edward) of Branford, FL., David C. Rose (Ellen) of Punxsutawney, John Allen Rose of Altoona and Michael Joseph Rose (Christine Baskette).
