Oplinger (Penn, Pennsylvania), born in Arona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford T. Oplinger and Ruth Oplinger (Whitehead). He is survived by: his wife Barbra Oplinger (Ciongoli); his children, Todd Oplinger Jr. (Jill) of Indian Head, Scott Oplinger (Mary Jane) of North Irwin, Kristin Brown (Dennis) of North Irwin and Mindy Polhamus (Jason) of Plum; his grandchildren, Zachary Oplinger, Corinne Oplinger, Rachel Oplinger, Dalton Oplinger, Steffany Froggatt, Alexis Brown, Elijah Polhamus and Ethan Polhamus; and his siblings, Jim, Billy, Letitia, Janice and Patty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
