She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Cochran and Ruby Cochran (Bossard); her husband B. Wendell Neal; and her brother-in-law Ralph Coon. She is survived by: her sons, David W. Neal (Kathy) and Dirk A. Neal (Kellie); her grandchildren, Matthew Neal (Donielle), Jeremy Neal (Jen), Courtney Caylor (Colin) and Corey Neal; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Ellie, Quentin, Ruby Neal and Kayslee Caylor; and her sisters, Anna Coon of Smicksburg and Shirley Alabran (William) of Smicksburg.
