He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Toubo and Eleanor Toubo (Duez). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Toubo (Demczak); his children, Ronald L. Toubo, Jr. of Houtzdale and Michelle L. White of Mr; his sister Marlene Vanscoyoc of Tubs Crossing; his grandchildren, Logan Robert White, Dylan James White, Abigail and Zachary Reifer; and his pets, Emmy and Bernice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
