He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kozain and Audrey Kozain (Cox); and his sister Donna Hindle. He is survived by: his wife Wendi Razey; his children, Michael Kozain (Amanda) of Manor, PA, Briana Kozain of Saugus, MA and Krystal Schnieder (Justin) of Westmoreland City, PA; and his brothers, Rick and Jay Kozain. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
