We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2019, Robert Williams (Penn, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Deborah Craig. He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Nellis); and his children, Eric Graham of Elizabeth, Robert G. Williams, Jr. (Lisa) of North Huntingdon, Daniel Graham of Penn Hills, Michele Rickard (Lloyd) of Trafford and Douglas Williams (Lisa). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
