Apgar (Penn, Pennsylvania), born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, who passed away on November 22, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Apgar and Loretta Apgar (Snyder); his wife Donna Lou Gretta; his children, Rob, Sean, Jessica and Robert; his grandchildren, Margaret, Sadie, Anthony, Soren and Greta; and also, Sarah, David and Megan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Bob Apgar to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
