Loughner of Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Jeannette, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Loughner and Chelsea Loughner (Klingensmith); and his wife Dolores Joan "Dolly" Loughner. He is survived by: his sons, Rich Loughner (Lori) and Ron Loughner (Linda); his grandchildren, Sarah Loughner, Matt Loughner, Chelsea and Lindsay Kotchey (Joshua); his brother Kenneth Loughner (late Judy); and his close friend Gladys Krohe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
