He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Kemmerer and Nellie Armstrong Kemmerer; and his siblings, Phyllis Dusch and Monte Kemmerer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Stevenson; and his sister Agnes Froberg of Maryland. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
