He was predeceased by: his parents, John Earl Skinner Jr. and Margaret McDonald Skinner; his wife Maria Szabo Skinner; and his son Brian Skinner. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Donatelli of Forks Township, Robert Skinner of Harmony Township, Kelly Morales of Georgia and Frank Donatelli of Denver, PA.; his grandchildren, Gabriella Lawver, Schyler Morales, Nicole Donatelli and Natalie Donatelli; and his siblings, Margaret Uvary of Phillipsburg, Jean Talpas of Phillipsburg, Ruth Ervin of Phillipsburg and John Skinner of Wilson Borough.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Phillipsburg Emergency Squad, 360 Prospect St., Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
