He is survived by: his mother Carol Weidow Bullers of St. Marys; his daughter Taylor Curtis of Arizona; his grandson Xavier; his sons, Jeremy Curtis (Jessica) of Arizona and Dallas Bullers (Angel) of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kinley and Kora; his son Trevur Bullers of Arizona; his sister Sue Ann Milliard (Louis) of Johnsonburg; his nephews, Travis, Timothy and Brandon Weidow; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ben, Ana, Jayla and Jacob.
