He was predeceased by: his parents, Phines Hearn and Ruby Hearn (Luce); and his brothers, Ray, Happy, Dale, Leon, Edwin, Ken and Bennie.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Hearn (Heffner); his sons, Robert Hearn Jr. of San Antonio, TX, William Hearn and Tim Hearn (Lisa) of Columbia, SC; his granddaughters, Angela Suratt and Esmeralda Hearn; and his great grandchildren, Angel Hearn and Ashley Boss.
