It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert D. Foster in Penn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his close friend Marion Hallowells; his parents, Charles E. Foster, and Lucile Gay Foster, Sr.; his sisters, Dorothy Sherwood and Audrey McKeirnan; his close friend Marion Hallowell; and also Donald Hallowell.
He is survived by: his daughter April Smith (Michael); his grandchildren, Tasha and Trae; his great grandchild Aspen; his brother Richard Foster; his close friend Sally Schloder; his children, Debbie Hallowell and David "Bucket" Hallowell; and also, Scott Schloder (Jane), Cheryl Delaney (William), Craig Schloder (Monica) and Hope Dunkle (Joe).
