He is survived by: his wife Jamie Amour Lindh; his pets, Tigger and Patches; his father-in-law John Amour; his sister-in-law Jennifer Marshall (Keith); his niece Johnna Marshall; and his close friends, Larry, Joyce Lichtenfels, Kevin Kennelty and Kathleen Mayo.
