He is survived by: his parents, Richard "Brad", Sr. and Roberta "Birdie" Kurten (Leiberton) of Reynoldsville; his sister Robin Olewnick (Tom) of Penfield; his niece Madison Olewnick of Penfield; and his pets, Roofis and Kirby.

In lieu of flowers family suggest donations to the Funeral Home to help with expenses.
