He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Ray Shortley and Thomas McDonough. He is survived by: his wife Janet McDonough (Haugh); his children, Charles Lee "Chuck" McDonough (Luann) of Penn Twp and Tracey McLaughlin (Brian) of North Hills; his grandchildren, Chad Lee McDonough, Bryce McLaughlin and April McLaughlin; his sister Theresa Knoblock (Lou); and his sister-in-law Betty Lou Haugh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Lee's viewing, Blessing Service and Presentation of Military Honors will be private.
