He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Halley and Mary Halley (Firth); and his brothers, Raymond and John Halley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Halley (Stroble); his children, Robin Thorman, Thomas Halley, Andrea Oren and Robert Halley; his grandchildren, Stephen, Joshua, Ryan, Marcus, Amanda, Nicole, Alyssa, Chelsea, Madison and Anthony; his great grandchildren, Bentley and Maisie; his stepgranddaughter Karlee; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Morgan, Breckyn and Dylan; and his siblings, David, Francis, James, Barbara Rowlands and Shirley Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
