Brumbaugh of Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 89, on September 9, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Brumbaugh and Elsie Brumbaugh (Eicher); his wives, Darlene E. Brumbaugh (Clugston) and Mary C. (Iarussi) Brumbaugh; his grandson Matthew Paul Riggs; and his siblings, Morgan Brumbaugh and Lois Ruhe.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy West (John), Kathy MacLean, Pam Riggs (Wayne) and Susan Kramer (Ward); his stepchildren, John D. Hackwelder (Stephanie), Norma J. McGowan (Paul) and Steven M. Hackwelder (Kelly); and his sister Janet Crawford. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great granddaughter, as well as many nieces and nephews.
