He is survived by: his wife Jacquie; his daughters, Leigh Casale (Joe) and Lynne Miller (Chuck); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica Casale, Kayla and Wyatt Miller; his sisters, Donna Sterling and Diane Uzelac (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, David, Mark Byers, Debra Hunter, Michael Booher and Kara Potter.
