He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Daniel and Anna Daniel (Yebernetsky); his brothers, John, Michael, George and Edward Daniel; and his nephew Daniel Kokoskie.
He is survived by: his niece Michelle Kephart (Scott); his nephew Michael Daniel (Janiel); and his sister Kathleen Kokoskie (Donald) of Cleveland, OH.. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Houtzdale/Ramey EMS or the Houtzdale Fire Co.
