He was predeceased by: his father Robert L. Boulware. He is survived by: his mother Patricia; his wife Jodi Sanders; his children, Madison, Rorie, Taylor, Steph and Joey Boulware; his siblings, Nina Boulware Rorke (Richard) and Robert Boulware (Janet); and his nephews, Paul Henry, Jeffrey and Kevin.
