She was predeceased by: her parents, Verl Jack and Antoinette Dolores Cox (Zippy); and her brother Everett Cox. She is survived by: her sons, Roy John Bush, Jr (Amy) of Pen Argyl, PA, Ronald John Bush (Kerri) and Richard Jay Bush of Bradfordsville, KY; and her siblings, Edith Stecker, Jacquelyn Morse, Dolores Higgins, Wanda Mae Radcliff, Frank Cox, James Cox, Verl John Cox, Matthew Cox, Anthony Cox and Douglas Cox. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
