She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael E. Kachonick and Susan Kachonick (Almashie); and her siblings, Albina Spilla, Helen Kachonick, Margaret Stania, Elizabeth Kachonick, George and Michael Kachonick.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd R. Leigey; and her sister Maryann Barnack. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
