She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Horton and Leona Horton (Shore); her husband Harold A. Fields; and her granddaughter Maya Fields. She is survived by: her sons, Richard H., Jonathan (Brandi) and James Fields; her grandchildren, Shyla, Jonny, Nicholas, Carter and Emily Fields; her brother Blayne Horton; her stepsister Rosalyn; and her sister-in-law Adaline Kough.
