He was predeceased by: his father Walter Hooten. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Charlesen Hooten; his daughter Mandy Probola III (A. J.) of North Braddock, PA; his brothers, Jeff Hooten (Glenda) of DuBois, Ben Hooten of Brockway and Gary Hooten (Rene) of Kittanning, PA; and his stepgrandson A. J. Probola IV. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
