She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Harry Kramer; her parents, John Martin Neleigh and Minnie Mabel Neleigh (Long); and her sisters, Lillian Mae Brown, Mary Emma Neleigh, Jessie Irene Opsitnick and Gladys Jane Tanyer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
