He was predeceased by: his parents, Cooper Smith and Mildred Smith (Tropek). He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith (Scaccia); his children, Aaron (Jenna), Natalie and Timothy (Yeji); his grandchildren, Harper, Graham and Hailey; and his sisters, Constance Zonca of Bethel Park, Darlene (Dale Crail) of New Kensington and Marie (Richard Ripepi) of Monongahela. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
