He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Lewis; his children, Scott C. Dick, Sr. of Hesston and Tammi J. Miller (Ron Miller, Jr.) of Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Kyler D. Miller, Jadelyn M. Miller and Scott C. Dick, Jr.; and his siblings, Mona Keebaugh, Judy Park (Dave) of Hagerstown, MD, Darcy MacNamara of Wellsville and Kerry Dick of Orrtanna.
