With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin McFadden of Penn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 4, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William McFadden and Helen McFadden (Blazeck). He is survived by: his wife Lisa S. McFadden; his children, Katie McFadden (Sam Skupien), Kevin Samuel McFadden (Sonnet Woodrow) and Matthew McFadden; and his siblings, William McFadden (Sue), Patricia Trkula (Nick), Robert McFadden (Darla) and Cathleen Destefano (Glenn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Masks are required upon entry and social distancing will be observed.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association 7272 Greenville Avenue; Dallas, Texas 75231-4596.
