Kenneth R. Loughner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth R. Loughner of Penn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Loughner and Chelsea Loughner (Klingensmith); his wife Judith Loughner (Clayton); his brother Robert Loughner; his siblings-in-law, Dolores Loughner (Baloh), Jay and Ron Clayton; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Mildred Clayton (Stepnick).
He is survived by: his daughter Karri; his son-in-law Scott Rogers of Boswell, PA; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Tracy Loughner of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Hailey Rogers (Jeff Zboray), Jake Loughner (Mary Isaac), Brett Loughner and Madison Rogers Urbano (Jake); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Clayton and Patricia Clayton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
