He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Spicher and Leona Spicher (Kirk); and his siblings, Donald, Robert, Ray Spicher, Mildred Dillingham and Miriam Kirk.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Spicher (Fisher); his children, Kenneth B. Spicher Jr. (Bonnie), Michael L. Spicher, Jeffrey Spicher (Joelyn) of Rock Springs, WY, Scott Spicher (Tammy) of Knox, PA, Andrew Spicher (Patti), Martin Spicher (Sherri), Robert Spicher (Ellen), Richard Spicher and Shelley Spicher; his siblings, Marilyn Sayers, Mary Lou Miller (Bob), Carol Brubaker (Ed) and Allen Spicher; and his brother-in-law Ian Burt Dillingham. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
