It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Howard in Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Jeannette, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Howard and Bette Howard; his brother David "Dave" Howard; his children, Matt, Amy and Nikki; and his aunt Marg. He was also cherished by grandchildren, niece, nephews, and cousins.
