He is survived by: his friend Fleatique; his daughters, Jennifer Marshall (Keith) and Jamie Lindh; his granddaughter Johnna Marshall; and his sister Debi McIlvaine (Kathleen Mayo). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
