It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Mumma in Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dobson and Carrie Dobson (Gilham); and her sister Dorothy "Dot" Williams. She is survived by: her husband William H. Mumma; her children, William E. Mumma (Tina) of DuBois and Stacy Maleski (Steve) of DuBois; her grandchildren, Danielle (Bobby) and William R. Mumma; and her great grandchild Caspian Mozafari.
