With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan J Ruoff of Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Jeannette, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 5, 2023 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan J Ruoff to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pikulski and Nancy Pikulski (Elliott); her husband Ronald; her son David; and her siblings, Jean, Ronald and William Pikulski.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel, Kelly Ruoff of Jeannette and Nancy Gilchrist; her grandchildren, Justin and Michelle Ruoff; and her sister-in-law Virginia Deaunovich. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She shared that gift by playing piano for the residents at numerous nursing homes throughout the area over the years with the last one being at William Penn Care Center prior to the pandemic.
