He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jess Neeper; and his great-grandparents, Philip Armstrong, Ellen Armstrong, Mary Neeper, Howard Neeper, William Kelly and Judith Kelly.
He is survived by: his parents, Ruth Rauch and Joshua Neeper; and his sisters, Maddison Floyd of Mineral Springs and Adelyn Peterson of Curwensville. He is also survived by numerous great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
