She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Slaby and Florence Slaby (Gall). She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Masarik; her children, Lindsey Boyko (Nicholas), Bethany Yeager (Stephen) and Matthew Masarik; her grandchildren, Emma, Leah Yeager, Theo and Jameson Boyko; and her sisters, Claudia Umak (Terry) and Beth Ann Davis (Larry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
