He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert L. Kunkelmann and A. Lorraine Kunkelmann (Hoffman); and his sister Donna Fierst. He is survived by: his wife Sybil; his sons, Gregg A. Kunkelmann (Julie) and David J. Kunkelmann (Denise); his grandchildren, Kason, Dylan, Paige, Abbie and Owen; and his sister Joann Megon.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc. (3343 PA-130, Harrison City, PA 15636). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Faith Global Methodist Church (305 Freeport St, Delmont, PA 15626).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tri City Meals on Wheels Inc. 716 Foster St., PO Box 975, Greensburg, PA 15601.
