We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jacob R. Erdeljac of Penn, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert J. Erdeljac and Barbara A. Zimmers; his siblings, Elizabeth Amend (David), Zachary Erdeljac (Amber) and Seth Erdeljac; his grandparents, Betty Zimmers, Richard Zimmers, Joseph and Marie Erdeljac; and his nieces and nephews, Machaela, Austin, Addison, Wyatt and Blake. He was also cherished by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Masks and social distancing required, no more than 50 people in the funeral home at a time.

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Group.
