We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2023, at the age of 73, Herbert C. Nussbaum in Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Thompson Nussbaum; his wife Sandra Kephart; his children, Herbert "Butch" Nussbaum and Jean Marie Nussbaum; and his brother Lester Nussbaum.

He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Nussbaum of Johnsonburg and Wanda Fulton of Johnsonburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Penn Highlands Community Nurses.
