She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Shimmel and Iva Mae Shimmel (Shaw); her spouse Francis W. Mooney; her children, William, Howard, Mark, Shirley and Cheryl; her siblings, Robert, Walter, Shirley and Janet; and her son-in-law Jeff Simbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Brownell (David), Richard Mooney (Julia) and Jan Simbeck; her grandchildren, Shirley, Francis, Tonya, Elisha, Richard, Thurston, Wesley, Jennifer, Jessica, Jamie, Jason, Steven, Robert, Anson and Susan; her sister-in-law Darlene Shimmel; and her children-in-law, Kelly Mooney, Karen Mooney and Ron Thomas. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews and a great-great-grandchild.
