She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry and Julia Ford Moore; her husband Phillip J. Dunbar; her daughters, Lana K. Gottshall and Sheila Rae Dunbar; and her siblings, Robert Moore, Howard Moore, Clara Johnson, Joyce Elaine Moore, George Moore and Anna Young.
She is survived by: her son Philip C. Dunbar (Penny) of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Emily Dunbar and Patrick Dunbar; her son-in-law Robert C. Gottshall, Jr. of Mechanicsburg; and her siblings, Richard Moore of Elmira, NY, Edward Moore (Linda) of Rochester, William "Tink" Moore (Priscilla) of Elmira, Glenn Moore (Billie) of Shongo, NY and Charlotte Graves (Gordon) of Mechanicsburg.
